Returns and Refunds Policy

1. General Return Guidelines

Eligible Items: Non- medical-grade Cosmeceuticals and unopened skincare products in their original packaging.
Non-Eligible Items: Medical-grade Cosmeceuticals, opened vials, or products that have been used or tampered with. This is to prevent health risks and ensure product integrity.

2. Refund Conditions

Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence. We will offer a replacement or refund, subject to review.
Incorrect Items: If you receive the wrong product, notify us within 7 days. We will provide instructions for return and ship the correct item promptly.
Allergy or Adverse Reactions: If you experience an allergy or adverse reaction, please report this within 14 days. We may request a medical note and will consider refunds on a case-by-case basis.

3. How to Initiate a Return

Contact Customer Support: Email us at support@iaest.co.za / Elsabe@intderma.com or call 084 362 1926 with your order number and details about the product.
Provide Evidence: Supply photographs or evidence of damage or incorrect items as requested.
Return Authorization: Wait for our confirmation and instructions. Unauthorized returns may not be processed.

4. Return Shipping

  • Costs: For defective or incorrect items, Derma 2.0 will cover the return shipping costs. For other returns, the customer is responsible for shipping fees.

  • Packaging: Securely package the item to prevent damage in transit. We recommend using the original shipping box.

5. Refund Processing

  • Inspection: Returned items will be inspected upon receipt. Refunds will be issued for approved returns only.

  • Method: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10-14 business days after the return is received and approved.

6. Exchanges

  • Availability: Exchanges are only available for incorrect items or those damaged during shipping.

7. Non-Returnable Items

  • Due to health and safety regulations, the following items cannot be returned or refunded unless damaged or incorrectly supplied:

  • Opened or used medical-grade products and medications

  • Items not in their original packaging or that have been tampered with
